The hotel offers a good view of the mountains from the balcony, but the rooms don't completely match the website photos and need some improvements. Unfortunately, my room was not clean upon arrival, with marks on the walls, dirty carpet, and even rubbish left behind. The mold in the tile grout was not pleasant.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although not exactly as shown in the photos and in need of some updates, were simple, clean, and well-furnished, with spacious bathrooms. The service was generally attentive, although there were some communication issues with certain staff members. The location, within the Jungmun Tourist Complex and near various attractions and dining options, was convenient. The dining offered a decent selection of both western and eastern cuisine. The facilities were satisfactory but could use some enhancement.
